Releasing a white dove as a memorial

CompassionCare Annual Memorial Service: Celebration of Life is today, Saturday April 9, 2016 at 10 A.M.

The memorial service is at the Springs Preserve located at 333 South Valley View at US 95. We are having a video montage of loved ones at the service as well as releasing of doves to honor loved ones. The video montage may also include a message as well. Doves symbolize the Holy Spirit, love, peace, hope, and the soul as well. Releasing of doves is one of the most loving and inspirational gifts to give to a loved one. A white dove release offers a soothing touch in a time of sadness and sorrow. The dove release also leaves those present with a feeling of hope for the departed. CompassionCare Hospice looks forward to seeing you there and hope you are finding peace on your healing journey. CompassionCare Hospice believes you should pay tribute and respect to your loved ones. The video of this beautiful memorial will follow later. Grief is normal and expected. CompassionCare doesn’t want you to feel alone. Hospice bereavement professionals serve as strong community advocates for promoting understanding of grief and attention to the needs of the community’s grieving population.
